Yesterday evening the Los Angles Lakers and their playoff hopes were dimmed a little bit as they lost to the Memphis Grizzlies as they scored 110-105. Memphis is a team that they should be able to defeat but due to the loss, the particular team now has a record of 29-31 struggling to advance in the Western Conference standings where they currently sit in 11th place. LeBron James is at risk of missing his very first playoffs since 2005 and has been critical of his teammates in the process. Despite all that, one thing did work well for LeBron last night as he surpassed Andre Miller for the 10th spot on the NBA all-time assists leaders list. This makes him the only player in NBA history to become top 10 all-time in points and assists.

Right after the game, LeBron criticized his teammates for the loss and questioned their capabilities to play any time there are distractions around.

“At this point, if you are still allowing distractions to affect how the way you play, then this is the wrong franchise to be a part of and you should just come and be like, ‘Listen, I don’t [think this is for me]. I cannot do this,'” James said according toΒ ESPN.

The Lakers will try to get back on track when they take on the New Orleans Pelicans at home on Wednesday.
